Positioned on a prominent double lot with significant rear contour fall, this project was designed to maximise infill potential while respecting the established streetscape. The two 4-bedroom primary dwellings feature a first-floor living, kitchen, and master suite arrangement to promote single-level living. Detached 2-bedroom secondary dwellings at the rear engage with the lush laneway outlook. With a focus on natural light, neutral tones, and open-plan design, the interiors foster a calming and modern atmosphere. The development balances density with thoughtful design, delivering a high-quality, multi-dwelling solution in line with NSW planning policy.
